Project management
We take over the project management and organisation to ensure that your project is completed on schedule and within your budget.
Basic Engineering
Our basic engineering includes the rough design of the entire process, installation planning and the preparation of energy balances for efficient planning. I.C.E. AG’s own process and mechanical engineers, chemists, electrical engineers and our civil engineer provide support here.
Tendering and awarding process
We support you in the preparation of tender documents, draft contracts, evaluation of tenders and make recommendations for the award of contracts.
Supplier monitoring and control
We check engineering documents, compliance with the client’s specifications, monitor and control the progress of the project and ensure that deadlines and costs are met.
Working tools: 3D planning and BIM* project management
Our BIM project management includes 3D planning and the management of a shared data platform for efficient and transparent project management.

Scheduling and cost control
We create detailed schedules, track them and control the associated costs to ensure that your project stays on time and on budget.
Quality management
Our quality management in accordance with ISO 9001 comprises all aspects of project management, such as engineering processes, document control, acceptance and testing. Work on the construction site is performed in accordance with the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system in order to prevent accidents and damage. We also pursue a rigorous environmental management strategy.
Interface management
We ensure smooth interface management between different disciplines (delivery lots, old and new plants, supply networks, etc.), document interfaces and coordinate the alignment for seamless integration.
