Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2022, reposant sur des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9liminaires d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes. En tant que premi\u00e8re d\u00e9marche, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Du fait de l&rsquo;espace extr\u00eamement limit\u00e9 entre un \u00e9changeur autoroutier et le b\u00e2timent class\u00e9 monument historique, une analyse pr\u00e9liminaire d\u00e9taill\u00e9e en collaboration \u00e9troite avec d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuels fournisseurs \u00e9tait indispensable. En outre, toute la planification a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e en utilisant un mod\u00e8le 3D pour identifier les collisions \u00e0 une \u00e9tape pr\u00e9coce. Sur le plan proc\u00e9dural, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de contr\u00f4ler comment l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la nouvelle installation au r\u00e9seau de chaleur d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place se ferait lors des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de chauffage. L\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9liminaire d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, qui pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9j\u00e0 partiellement les caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;un pr\u00e9-projet, a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de 2023. Comme \u00e9tape suivante, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;examiner le financement cot\u00e9 client en fonction du calcul des co\u00fbts \u00e9tabli.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
