Il est pr\u00e9vu de remplacer la ligne de mani\u00e8re fondamentale par une ligne de remplacement (ErVeL2). Cependant, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique nette doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e. Par cons\u00e9quent, une \u00e9tape de condensation dans l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur avec une pompe \u00e0 chaleur ainsi qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur suppl\u00e9mentaire des fum\u00e9es en amont de la chemin\u00e9e sont pr\u00e9vues. Pour pouvoir \u00e9galement respecter de futures \u00e9missions d&rsquo;oxydes d&rsquo;azote plus faibles, on passe d&rsquo;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 SNCR (r\u00e9duction s\u00e9lective non catalytique) \u00e0 un catalyseur SCR (syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9duction catalytique s\u00e9lective). Puisque les laveurs de la ligne 1 ont le m\u00eame \u00e2ge, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du syst\u00e8me de traitement des fum\u00e9es seront aussi renouvel\u00e9s. En ce qui concerne le r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain (RCU), un nouveau r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;eau chaude est en pr\u00e9vu. Le projet initial \u00e9largi pour ErVeL2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 22 septembre 2024, les \u00e9lecteurs de Winterthur ont donn\u00e9 leur approbation au cr\u00e9dit n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cet effet. Le d\u00e9but de la construction est pr\u00e9vu pour 2026, la mise en service se fera progressivement, probablement jusqu&rsquo;en 2031.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
