We offer comprehensive boiler inspections based on our long-standing experience in this area. If necessary, we receive support from other experts from our subsidiary, Dampfkesselbau W.A.M.S.E.R. GmbH. The findings from the inspection can then be used to suggest renovation and conversion measures and to prepare a maintenance and renovation plan. This gives you the certainty that the necessary measures will be taken at the right time to ensure the smooth operation of your plant.\u00a0 In addition, the other components, e.g. grate, refractory lining, thermal installations, flue gas purification, etc., can also be inspected to enable a comprehensive assessment of the condition of the entire plant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Boiler studies, natural circulation calculations and WDK calculations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have the necessary software to carry out thermal boiler calculations, including natural circulation calculations. This enables the optimisation of existing steam boilers or the identification of any weak points and the development of potential modifications to eliminate them. These can then be planned in detail, produced and installed together with our subsidiary or a partner company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The licensed software is used by many boiler manufacturers and thus provides the bridgehead for any subsequent production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With our software and our own tools, we can not only model your steam boiler, but also simulate the entire water-steam circulation system. Based on the results of these calculations, measures to increase the efficiency of your system can be evaluated and implemented.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Repairs and conversions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delivery of boiler components<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The I.C.E. AG subsidiary, Dampfkesselbau W.A.M.S.E.R. GmbH, undertakes the production of boiler components in the factory as well as the on-site assembly and coating work. The company has its own production facility where all boiler components such as membrane walls including bends, collectors, heat exchangers, pipework or rapping units can be manufactured.
