Plant description
In 1976, kenova AG started operations with lines 1 and 2. Line 3 was put into operation in 1990. In 2002, the additional furnace line 4 went into operation. Of the four lines, only three are still constantly in operation. Planning for a replacement (KEBAG Enova) for the existing plant began in 2013. Construction began at the start of 2020. The plant will go into commercial operation in 2025.
