P-Wave
A particular challenge in boiler systems is the contamination that occurs on the evaporator heating surfaces in the 2nd and 3rd pass and the superheater surfaces.
In order to eliminate or minimise this contamination, various cleaning processes have been developed and put into operation in recent years. One of these processes is the Power Wave Generator (PWG), which was marketed by the company P-Wave AG under the management of Hans Rüegg, who has already developed several predecessor systems. The system is characterised by individually adjustable pressure and selectable frequencies and convinces with low operating and maintenance costs.
I.C.E. AG has entered into a partnership with P-Wave AG to sell and install the PWG. With its expertise and experience in the optimisation of boilers in the field of thermal waste treatment, I.C.E. AG is an ideal partner for the assessment and implementation of Power Wave generators for boiler cleaning.

With our high-performance Flexi Long Life systems for grates, filling funnels and deslaggers from in-house development, we deliver the right components for efficient, trouble-free operation with an increased service life and therefore lower maintenance and running costs. Many plants have been in operation for decades and the original suppliers no longer have the same products in their service programm or have given up their business operations all together.
